Collection: Alternative Flours

Our alternative flours are 100% pure, minimally-processed without use of high heat or solvents. After pressing the oil from various seeds and nuts through our expeller, we grind up the leftover cake and sieve it before packaging as our alternative flour. They can be used to add nutrition to smoothies and baked goods, or even on top of yoghurt for a crunchy breakfast. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator, as the cold-pressing process does not remove all of the oil, whereas commercially-available alternative flours use a solvent to remove the last remnants of oil, to make them shelf stable at room temperature.
