Our Culinary Oils are created through a unique process whether the essence of the herb is extracted using pressure, and not through steam distillation or maceration. We use grapeseed oil as our base, due to its nutritious and neutral properties. It becomes the backdrop for the pungent Mediterranean spices of oregano, thyme, and rosemary, as well as chili. Use them on soups, stews, in salad dressings, or as a marinade or finishing oil for vegetables, meat or fish.
