Almond Flour

Our Almond flour is a co-product of the extraction of Almond Oil. The almonds were sourced from an organic almond producer in Silikou. After sorting the nuts from the shells by hand, we cold-pressed them.

With a high protein and fiber content, it can easily be incorporated into your cooking and baking. It can substitute a small percentage of wheat flour. 

Made from finely ground almonds our Almond flour has a rich buttery nutty flavor and high protein and fiber content. Use it to add nutrition to smoothies and baked goods, or even on top of yoghurt for a crunchy breakfast.
