Chili Grapeseed Oil

Looking for a kick without added sugar, vinegar or preservatives? Our Chili Grapeseed Oil is a healthy, flavourful alternative to hot sauce. We source a combination of Cypriot chilis — the local variety plus a few habanero — from suppliers in nearby Maroni and several areas in the Paphos district. Our grapeseed comes from a winery in Kato Drys.

The final product is a bright red colour, with the paprika-like taste of the peppers and some sweetness from the grapeseed. It lightly adds spice and kick to any dish without changing the flavour profile. No preservatives or additives — just use a few drops as a condiment. Perfect on pizza, soups, or as a finishing oil on meat, fish, steak, and potatoes.

Our Chili Grapeseed Oil, like all of our products, contains no additives or preservatives. Keep in a cool, dark place, or refrigerate if this is not possible.
