Our Lemon Peel Essential Oil has been cold-pressed and not distilled. Because the citrus essential oils are very volatile, heat and steam distillation does not concentrate the full aroma of the citrus peel. Most citrus essential oils of the market are a byproduct of the juice factories. Our cold-pressed Lemon Peel Essential Oil, is the main product during this process. Finally after peeling the fruits and cold-pressing the peels, we juice the citrus fruits and collect the seeds so nothing goes to waste.
